- Access the device manager by pressing win + X.

Look for Windows Updates
- Open the settings menu, then select Update & Security, and click on Windows Update.
- Select check for updates and install any updates that have been released.
- Reboot your Surface device so the changes can take effect.
Reset the Surface Pro Firmware
- Hold both the power button and the volume up button at the same time for 15 seconds.
- Release the buttons and wait for around 10 seconds before powering your Surface back on.
- This action restores the Surfaces functions and can help fix hardware-related problems.
