Includes quarterly preventive maintenance per device, 8-hour on-site response SLA, spare-parts inventory (3 most-common items), Microsoft Teams Rooms reset for 1 Hub unit, 12-month extended warranty and TRN-compliant monthly invoicing under Azizi Technologies LLC.
