Our 90-day warranty covers any failure of the replaced part or related labour. Just bring the device back to Concord Tower and we repair it again at no cost. Warranty does not cover new physical damage or liquid exposure.

Yes. Water damage repair is one of our specialties. We open the device, ultrasonically clean the motherboard, replace damaged components, and recover your data. Bring it in as soon as you can: corrosion keeps spreading after a spill, so the first day or two matter most.

Walk-ins are welcome at our Concord Tower location in Al Sufouh. However, if you message us on WhatsApp first, a technician will be ready and can give you an immediate estimate based on your model and issue.
