We only collect information that is necessary to provide our repair services. This includes your name, phone number, email address, device model and serial number, fault description, and pickup or delivery address. We may also record photos of your device condition before and after repair for warranty and dispute-resolution purposes.

Your data is used solely to diagnose, quote, carry out and warranty your Surface repair.
