Built for Surface owners, by Surface technicians.
When Usman Shafique opened our first bench in 2013, Microsoft Surface devices were just starting to gain serious traction with Dubai's creative agencies and consultants, and few repair shops were set up for their bonded screens, magnetic hinges and Surface Connect ports.
We saw a gap. Today, Microsoft Surface Repair Dubai is a Surface-only lab for Surface Pro screen replacements, Surface Book hinge rebuilds, Surface Laptop battery swaps and Surface Studio display work. It is all handled by technicians who do nothing else.
We're independent (not a Microsoft Authorised Service Provider). We repair devices that are out of warranty or past Microsoft's service support, usually for far less than a replacement.

How long has Microsoft Surface Repair Dubai been repairing Surface devices?
Surface only, since 2013. That is 13+ years on Surface Pro, Laptop, Book, Go, Studio, Hub and Duo. Usman Shafique signs off every repair before it leaves the bench.
Are you a Microsoft Authorised Service Provider?
No. We are independent and not affiliated with Microsoft. If your Surface is under Microsoft's warranty, start with Microsoft. Out of warranty or past Microsoft's service support, we repair your own device at component level rather than replacing it.
Do you offer a warranty on Surface repairs?
Yes. 90 days on parts and workmanship from our Concord Tower lab. Same fault back within 90 days, we redo it at no charge.
Can you collect my Surface from anywhere in the UAE?
No. We do not offer pickup, delivery or courier anywhere in the UAE. Customers bring their Surface to Concord Tower, Al Sufouh 2 by car with parking in the tower, by Dubai Metro and Tram, or on foot, with no appointment needed. Most jobs are ready the same day; board-level work usually 48–72 hours.
What happens if you can't fix my Surface?
If the diagnostic shows it's beyond economical repair, you pay nothing: no diagnostic fee and nothing to pay when you collect it. You get a written assessment for insurance or trade-in.
