When Usman Shafique opened our first bench in 2013, Microsoft Surface devices were just starting to gain serious traction with Dubai's creative agencies and consultants. Most repair shops in the UAE refused to touch them — the bonded screens, magnetic hinges and Surface Connect ports were simply too specialised.
We saw a gap. Today, Microsoft Surface Repair Dubai is the UAE's go-to lab for Surface Pro screen replacements, Surface Book hinge rebuilds, Surface Laptop battery swaps and Surface Studio display work — handled by technicians who do nothing else.
We're proudly independent (not a Microsoft Authorised Service Provider), which lets us repair out-of-warranty devices Microsoft would otherwise refuse, at a fraction of replacement cost.
