Microsoft Surface Repair Dubai | Terms of Service
The terms and conditions that govern every repair service provided by Azizi Technologies LLC in Dubai.

Agreement to terms
By requesting a repair quote, booking a pickup, dropping off a device at our Concord Tower workshop, or using any service provided by Azizi Technologies LLC (trading as "Microsoft Surface Repair Dubai"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Services description
We provide independent, third-party repair services for Microsoft Surface devices including but not limited to Surface Pro, Surface Laptop, Surface Book, Surface Go, Surface Studio, Surface Hub, Surface Duo, and Surface audio accessories. We are not a Microsoft Authorised Service Provider and are not affiliated with Microsoft Corporation. All repairs are performed at our sole discretion based on a preliminary diagnostic assessment.
Diagnostic and quotation
Every repair begins with a free diagnostic inspection. We will provide a written quote before commencing any chargeable work. You are under no obligation to proceed. If you decline the repair, you may collect your device free of charge. Diagnostic findings remain the property of Azizi Technologies LLC.
Payment terms
Payment is due in full before device handover unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer and major credit/debit cards. All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes. Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
Repair warranty
All repairs carry a 90-day warranty covering parts and workmanship from the date of collection. The warranty applies only to the specific component or repair performed. It does not cover: (a) new damage caused by accident, misuse, liquid ingress or unauthorised modification after handover; (b) pre-existing faults unrelated to the repair; (c) cosmetic wear not affecting function. Warranty claims must be raised within the 90-day period with proof of repair (receipt or job sheet).
Parts and components
We source genuine OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts where available. In some cases, high-quality compatible components may be used if OEM parts are discontinued or unavailable, with your prior approval. All replaced parts become the property of Azizi Technologies LLC unless you request their return at the time of quotation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Azizi Technologies LLC liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid for the specific repair in question. We are not liable for: (a) loss of data — you must back up your device before handover; (b) consequential or indirect losses; (c) delay caused by parts supply chain issues beyond our reasonable control.
Data loss and backups
Repair work may require factory reset, board-level reflash or storage replacement. It is your sole responsibility to back up all data before submitting your device for repair. Azizi Technologies LLC accepts no liability for data loss under any circumstances.
Abandoned devices
Devices not collected within 60 days of the agreed completion date, and for which payment has not been received, will be considered abandoned. After giving 14 days' notice by phone, email or WhatsApp to your last known contact, we reserve the right to dispose of or recycle the device to recover costs.
Pickup and delivery
Free pickup and delivery is offered within Dubai city limits. Pickups from Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman incur a flat AED 50 charge per leg. Pickup and delivery times are estimates and subject to traffic, weather and courier availability. Risk of loss or damage in transit rests with the courier; we will assist with claims but are not the carrier.
Disputes and governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may escalate to the Dubai Courts.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
