Microsoft services personal Surface devices through account.microsoft.com/devices, and lists one Authorised Service Provider in the UAE: Redington Gulf. Under warranty, use those routes. Out of warranty, an independent Dubai specialist such as us repairs at component level with a free diagnosis and a 90-day warranty. We are not Microsoft or an authorised provider.
Searching for a Microsoft service centre usually means one of two things: the Surface is still under Microsoft's warranty and should go back to Microsoft, or it is not, and you want it fixed quickly at a fair price. Those need different answers. Microsoft runs repairs for personal devices online rather than through a walk-in centre in Dubai, and its authorised service provider network lists one UAE partner. Come to us for accidental damage the warranty excludes, after the warranty ends, or if you need the device back faster.
Microsoft offers paid out-of-warranty service where an offer exists for your product and country, and the device may be repaired or replaced with a refurbished unit. A replacement means a different device, so back up your files first. Microsoft's paid battery replacement service is not available in the Middle East and Africa.
