We do not offer pickup, delivery or courier. Customers bring their Microsoft Surface to our workshop at Concord Tower, Office 45, 10th Floor, Al Sufouh 2, Dubai Media City. There is parking in the tower, the Dubai Tram stops a short walk away, and walk-ins need no appointment. Diagnosis is free and repairs carry a 90-day warranty.
