We collect your Microsoft Surface free from anywhere in Dubai and return it when the repair is finished. Our own driver runs a daily route, so collection is usually same-day or next-day. Outside Dubai we arrange insured courier from every other emirate. Repairs start from AED 150 and carry a 90-day warranty.
Getting to a repair shop during working hours is the reason a lot of broken Surfaces sit in drawers for months. We collect instead. Within Dubai that is genuinely free and handled by our own driver rather than a third-party courier, which is why we can usually manage same-day or next-day collection. Collection and return within Dubai are free, with no minimum repair value. Outside Dubai, insured courier is arranged at cost and quoted before collection, with turnaround typically two to five working days including transport. The repair itself is priced the same either way: from AED 150 for a Windows Hello reset, AED 300 for a battery, AED 450 for a screen, all with a 90-day warranty.
