No. We do not make on-site visits, pickups or courier runs. Send photos or a video of the fault on WhatsApp first, then your team or installer brings the Hub to our workshop at Concord Tower, Office 45, 10th Floor, Al Sufouh 2. Parking is available in the tower.
We quote every repair on WhatsApp: send your model and a photo of the fault and we reply with a written price before any work starts. Surface Hub repair varies widely by model and issue. Camera/microphone fixes. Software-only issues. We provide a free remote diagnostic on WhatsApp before you bring the unit in.
Yes, we work with corporate IT teams across Dubai. We can provide service-level agreements (SLAs), bulk pricing for multiple Hubs, and inventory management for spare parts.
We don't perform hardware swaps, but we provide consultation on Hub 3 vs Hub 2S, help with deployment planning, and decommission the old unit safely.
